Terms of service

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, live in the UK, and pass our ID and selfie verification. One account per person.

Booking fees

Each guest pays a booking fee (currently £15) to secure their seat. Food and drink are paid directly to the venue. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

• Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your Date Night.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the booking fee.
• If the other Pair cancels, you'll receive a credit and priority rematch.
• This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Community rules

Be kind, be on time, and be yourself. Harassment, hate speech, sharing contact details in group chats, or misrepresenting yourself will lead to suspension or a permanent ban.

Liability

We introduce people and arrange bookings at independent venues. We are not responsible for venues' services or guests' conduct, but we take every report seriously. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
